Description: For my ePortfolio assignment, I am using the new portfolio section that I started during Video & Sound Techniques.
Reelsouth.com is a URL I purchased in 2012 to support my high school A/V Production students.
Senior level students also built a website, planned and organized a nationwide film festival to be hosted on Reelsouthfilm.com.
For the purposes of my MA coursework portfolio, I have hidden the original page contents.
The MA Portfolio now includes tabs for Creative Coding Techniques Assignments, Projects and Discussions.
I added a Bio Page and photo better suited for the purposes of a professional portfolio.
The site map assignment provided a framework to help me organize portfolio pages separately from the Reel South pages.
When I purchased the Reel South URL from another owner, I thought that would discourage others from producing products under the same name...
I own the ".com" ... so surely no one will copy me... Right?
Since them I've seen a dozen different TV productions, retailers and merchandise manufacturers who think "Reel" vs. "Real" is a witty title, just like I did. Apparently owning the ".com" isn't that critical.
This image is a scalable site map planning guide created in Adobe Express. It will serve as a framework for the website that can be edited going forward as course work culminates into a FInal Professional Project

BIO PAGE
I am experimenting with the idea of building my Bio Page as a blogging section within my ePortfolio.
Rationale:
A blog format creates a natural space to reflect on accomplishments and "aha moments" throughout the MA coursework, as I develop my vision as an artist and professional in the interactive media industry.
After all, shouldn't our Bios as creatives build and evolve until the day we close our eyes for that final good night.
